EbsBoiler

The EbsBoiler module enables the thermodynamic modelling of the boiler down to the smallest detail. It provides specialised components that allow the exact boiler geometry to be modelled within the software. Users can thus create a realistic representation of a boiler, replicate specific boiler types in detail and precisely determine the degree of fouling on individual heating surfaces.

The structural components that can be modelled with EbsBoiler include, amongst others:

• The flue gaszone

• The reactionzone

• The primary heating surface

• The secondary heating surface

To achieve this detailed modelling, specific components are available within the module. These include components for the steam generator in the flue gas zone, the main heating surface, the reaction zone and the auxiliary heating surface.
